We are an authorized retailer for all products advertised on our website; therefore, all manufacturer provided warranties are valid. All merchandise offered on our website is brand new in the factory sealed packaging.
At Espresso Line your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We pride ourselves in offering high quality espresso machines and coffee products for your home or office. All of the machines and accessories we sell are new and shipped in original manufacturer’s packaging. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receipt and will be subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee. Any items that have been opened or used in any way will become non-returnable (unless item is defective). All consumable items (such as coffee) are non-returnable. In order to receive a refund less any applicable fees the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item (5 days if defective) and obtain a return authorization number simply click here to generate an RA# request email.
- The item must be unopened in original sealed package.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking is recommended.
All defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. An authorized service center will be contacted to determine the nature of the defect and issue a return authorization as seen fit. The product will be repaired or replaced per the service center at no cost to the customer. Any product returned under a defective return authorization that is determined to be non-defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be returned with all parts (including defective or damaged) and accessories in the original packaging or there will be a 25% restocking fee and the cost of missing parts.
Here at Espressoline.com your privacy is very important to us. To better protect your privacy we have provided this notice explaining our online information practices and how we handle the information that is collected and used.
When placing an order on Espressoline.com certain personally identifiable information is collected in order to process your order. This information includes but is not limited to the following: your name, home address, e-mail address and credit information.
We use the information you provide to us when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Any parties that receive this information do not have the right to use this information beyond what is necessary to assist us in providing you with the product or service you have ordered.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. (Except where release is required by law.) We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone at anytime.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for orders placed on EspressoLine.com. Our website utilizes PayPal merchant services to process your payment. they use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security technology to insure your credit card and personal information are secure so that you can order with confidence. Their secure server software encrypts your order before it is processed, thus preventing others from accessing any of your information. PayPal maintains one of the lowest fraud loss rates in the payment industry.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you promptly.
Sales tax is charged to Massachusetts shipments only at a rate of 5.00%. There is no tax on food items (such as coffee).
