Colorized Touch Screen
Each of the 8 types of drinks that you can make with the Saeco Primea Touch Plus has its own icon on the animated display screen: hot milk, hot water, espresso, coffee, long coffee, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. To create the drink of your choice, touch the corresponding icon on the touch screen once to dispense 1 drink, or twice for 2. The Primea will then ask you to choose the temperature, amount of water, and strength of the brew. Then, as espresso and milk are dispensed into your cup or cups, the animated cup on the display screen will fill and show when the process is complete.

Double Boiler System
The Primea Touch Plus features 2 stainless steel boilers that can maintain stable brewing and steaming temperatures simultaneously. For latte and cappuccino lovers this means you never have to wait for your foam. Since the Primea can dispense coffee and milk from both spouts at the same time, the Primea can make authentic lattes and cappuccinos with just the right consistency. Plus, this Saeco espresso machine features a built-in thermostat to give you complete control over water temperature for every kind of drink that you make.

SBS Brewing System
With the Saeco Brewing System (SBS), you can make a variety of coffee drinks by just turning the dial on the front of the machine. The SBS dial adjusts the strength and extraction for each cup brewed, putting you in full control.

Integrated Milk Frothing System
At the heart of the one touch milk frothing system lays the removable, integrated 12 ounce milk container. Simply fill the container with milk and insert it into the left side of the machine. When you choose a milk based drink like a latte, cappuccino, or macchiato from the menu options, the machine will automatically draw milk from the container, and perfectly steam and froth it. While this is happening, the machine will also be preparing the coffee - both the milk and the coffee will automatically dispense right into your cup. If you want to make a cafe mocha, feel free to use chocolate milk in the container. And of course, the Primea will froth the chocolate milk for perfect hot chocolate! The milk container can be stored in the refrigerator when not in use.

Saeco Aroma System
Taste the full aroma of coffee beans in every cup. To optimize the coffee drinking experience, a special programmed step injects a small amount of hot water into the freshly ground coffee to start a pre-brewing process. This is done just before the actual brew cycle commences in order to extract the best aromas and flavors from the grounds.

Quiet, Ceramic Burr Grinder
