Shipping

Currently Espresso Line ships only within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We will not ship to PO boxes, a valid street address is required for shipping. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you promptly.

Return Policy

At Espresso Line your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We pride ourselves in offering high quality espresso machines and coffee products for your home or office. All of the machines and accessories we sell are new and shipped in original manufacturer’s packaging. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receipt and will be subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee. Any items that have been opened or used in any way will become non-returnable (unless item is defective). All consumable items (such as coffee) are non-returnable. In order to receive a refund less any applicable fees the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item (5 days if defective) and obtain a return authorization number simply click here to generate an RA# request email.
  • The item must be unopened in original sealed package.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking is recommended.

Defective Items

All defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. An authorized service center will be contacted to determine the nature of the defect and issue a return authorization as seen fit. The product will be repaired or replaced per the service center at no cost to the customer. Any product returned under a defective return authorization that is determined to be non-defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be returned with all parts (including defective or damaged) and accessories in the original packaging or there will be a 25% restocking fee and the cost of missing parts.
